Homemade Mint Sauce
Make this using Sarson’s
Malt Vinegar

Ingredients
50g fresh mint
60ml Sarson’s Malt Vinegar
60ml boiling water
5ml sugar
Branston Worcester sauce
5ml sundried tomato paste
Salt
Method
Finely chop 50g fresh mint and place in a large jar with 60ml Sarson’s Malt Vinegar, 60ml boiling water, 5ml sugar, a splash of Branston Worcester sauce, 5ml sundried tomato paste and pinch of salt and shake!
