Where can I buy Sarson’s products?

You’ll find them in all major supermarkets and corner shops, as well as many online sellers. We are so sorry we are not able to tell you which branch of a supermarket our products may be in as this is decided by the retailer.

Are your products gluten free?

No, all of our products contain barley, which is not gluten free.

How do I get the sprinkle lid off the Sarson’s bottle?

All our bottles are recyclable and the lids can be left on, please do not attempt to remove the fitted sprinkle lid. To find out more about recycling we recommend visiting recyclenow.com for more information about recycling in your area.

There is a problem with my Sarson’s product. What can I do about this?

I am unable to find Sarson’s products where I live, how can I purchase them?

Whilst Sarson’s is available in some countries, such as Australia, Caribbean, France, Netherlands and Canada via our export department, we are a UK stocked brand.

I can’t find Sarson’s 1.14Ltr pickling jar in the shops. Is this still available?

We have moved to a new 950ml jar, which has a wider neck so that it is easier for you to use the jar to pickle in. We hope you like the change!

Can I recycle your packaging?

Do I need to keep Sarson’s products in the fridge?

For all information on how to store each of our products please see the back label, which will guide you on how to store each of our products from point of purchase to opening the jar.

How long do Sarson’s products last for?

Vinegar does not require a best before end (BBE), because vinegar does not expire.

Do I need to remove the sprinkle lid on Sarson’s Vinegar products?

This lid is to help make pouring easier and so should not be removed.
