Ingredients
- 30ml Sarson’s Malt Vinegar
- 120ml extra virgin olive oil
- clove garlic
- sprig of rosemary
- 15ml sherry
- white of 1 egg
Method
- Place 30ml Sarson’s Malt Vinegar, 120ml extra virgin olive oil, crushed clove garlic, freshly chopped sprig of rosemary, 15ml sherry and the white of one egg into jar shake until thick.
- Serve over salad.
