Rosemary and Garlic Salad Dressing

Make this using Sarson’s Malt Vinegar.

Method

  1. Place 30ml Sarson’s Malt Vinegar, 120ml extra virgin olive oil, crushed clove garlic, freshly chopped sprig of rosemary, 15ml sherry and the white of one egg into jar shake until thick.
  2. Serve over salad.
