Homemade Mint Sauce

Make this using Sarson’s Malt Vinegar.

  1. Finely chop 50g fresh mint and place in a large jar with 60ml Sarson’s Malt Vinegar, 60ml boiling water, 5ml sugar, a splash of Branston Worcester sauce, 5ml sundried tomato paste and pinch of salt and shake!
  2. Lasts for months!
