Ingredients
- 50g fresh mint
- 60ml Sarson’s Malt Vinegar
- 60ml boiling water
- 5ml sugar
- Branston Worcester sauce
- 5ml sundried tomato paste
- Salt
Method
- Finely chop 50g fresh mint and place in a large jar with 60ml Sarson’s Malt Vinegar, 60ml boiling water, 5ml sugar, a splash of Branston Worcester sauce, 5ml sundried tomato paste and pinch of salt and shake!
- Lasts for months!
